Delta Gamma Vault is owned and operated by Jennietrades, LLC. By accessing the Delta Gamma Vault website, creating an account, purchasing a membership or program, enrolling in a Special Event, or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not access or use the Service.
All content provided by Delta Gamma Vault—including daily market plans, educational materials, live sessions, webinars, courses, community discussions, market commentary, charts, tools, and recordings—is provided solely for educational and informational purposes.
Nothing provided by Delta Gamma Vault, its owners, instructors, moderators, employees, contractors, partners, or guest presenters constitutes financial, investment, legal, tax, or trading advice; a recommendation to buy or sell any financial instrument; or a guarantee of any particular result.
Delta Gamma Vault does not provide individualized investment advice or manage customer funds.
Trading futures, options, equities, and other financial instruments involves substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You may lose some or all of the money you use for trading.
Past performance, simulated results, educational examples, instructor experiences, and prior market behavior do not guarantee future results. You are solely responsible for evaluating the risks associated with your trading decisions and determining whether trading is appropriate for you.
Delta Gamma Vault is not responsible for any trading loss, missed opportunity, financial decision, or other result arising from your use of the Service.
You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account or making a purchase. You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity conducted through your account.
Access is intended only for the registered account holder. You may not share your account, login credentials, paid materials, event links, or recordings with another person.
We may suspend or terminate accounts created with false information, used by multiple individuals, or used in violation of these Terms.
Delta Gamma Vault may offer free memberships, paid subscriptions, prepaid membership plans, lifetime access, courses, mentorship sessions, and other one-time purchases.
The price, billing period, trial period, included features, and access duration shown at checkout form part of your purchase agreement.
Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled before the next renewal date. By purchasing a recurring subscription, you authorize Jennietrades, LLC and its payment processor to charge the payment method on file.
Trial eligibility may be limited to new customers. Creating additional accounts to obtain repeated trials is prohibited.
Prices and plan features may change. Changes will not affect a completed billing period but may apply to future renewals after reasonable notice.
You may cancel a recurring subscription through your account settings or by contacting Delta Gamma Vault.
Cancellation stops future renewals and normally becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period. Unless otherwise stated, you will retain access through the end of that period.
Cancelling a membership does not automatically cancel or refund a separately purchased course, mentorship session, or Special Event.
Except where required by law or expressly stated in a separate written offer, subscription charges, completed mentorship sessions, digital products, downloadable materials, and partially used access periods are non-refundable.
Failure to use the Service, attend a live session, access purchased materials, or cancel before a renewal date does not create a right to a refund.
Special Events are governed by the separate refund provisions below.
"Special Event" means any separately offered live or recorded webinar, workshop, seminar, guest-instructor program, intensive, bootcamp, cohort, conference, live course, or other limited-enrollment educational experience.
Unless the event page expressly states otherwise:
The description and policies published on the applicable Special Event enrollment or checkout page are incorporated into these Terms. If an event-specific term conflicts with a general provision in these Terms, the event-specific term will control for that Special Event.
Early-enrollment, promotional, partner, and other discounted prices are available only during the dates and under the conditions stated in the applicable offer.
Discounts:
A participant who purchases before or after a promotional period is not entitled to a price adjustment based on a different offer made at another time.
Unless a different written policy is displayed on the applicable enrollment page, a participant may request a refund until 14 calendar days before the Special Event's scheduled start date.
Refund requests received after that deadline are not eligible for a refund. No refunds will be issued after the Special Event begins.
Requests must be submitted in writing through the Delta Gamma Vault Contact page and must include the participant's name and purchase email address.
Processing charges or non-refundable fees retained by a third-party payment provider may be deducted where permitted by law.
If Delta Gamma Vault cancels an entire Special Event and does not reschedule it or provide a substantially equivalent replacement, affected participants will receive a refund of the amount paid for that event.
Delta Gamma Vault may reschedule, postpone, modify, or replace an instructor, session, topic, platform, or delivery format when reasonably necessary.
If illness, technical failure, severe weather, government action, internet or platform disruption, emergency, or another circumstance beyond reasonable control prevents delivery, Delta Gamma Vault may reschedule the affected session or provide a reasonable alternative.
A reasonable schedule change, replacement session, or change in delivery platform does not automatically entitle a participant to a refund.
Live sessions may be recorded by Delta Gamma Vault.
If replay access is included, the applicable event page will identify the availability period and any related restrictions. Replays are provided only for the registered participant's personal educational use.
Replay availability is not guaranteed unless expressly included in the written offer. Delta Gamma Vault is not responsible for a participant's failure to view a replay during the stated access period.
Participants may not record, screenshot, copy, download, reproduce, transcribe, distribute, publish, sell, upload, or share any live session or replay without prior written permission.
You agree to interact respectfully with instructors, moderators, guests, staff, and other participants.
The following conduct is prohibited:
Delta Gamma Vault may remove a participant from a session, event, or the platform for violating these rules. Removal for misconduct does not create a right to a refund.
All website content, course materials, presentations, videos, recordings, charts, graphics, educational frameworks, downloads, trademarks, logos, and other materials made available through Delta Gamma Vault are owned by or licensed to Jennietrades, LLC or the applicable presenter.
Your purchase grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable right to access the purchased material for your own education.
You may not reproduce, distribute, republish, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, teach from, sell, sublicense, or commercially exploit these materials without prior written permission.
Guest presenters retain any rights identified in their individual materials or agreements.
Delta Gamma Vault may use third-party services for payment processing, video hosting, live streaming, communications, scheduling, and website functionality.
Your use of those services may also be governed by the provider's terms and privacy practices. Delta Gamma Vault is not responsible for interruptions, errors, security incidents, or availability issues caused by a third-party provider.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service and all related content are provided "as is" and "as available."
Delta Gamma Vault does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, accuracy of market data, availability of a particular instructor, or any specific educational, financial, or trading outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jennietrades, LLC, Delta Gamma Vault, and their owners, instructors, moderators, employees, contractors, partners, and guest presenters will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from your access to or use of the Service.
This includes trading losses, lost profits, lost data, missed opportunities, business interruption, or losses resulting from reliance on educational content.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Delta Gamma Vault may suspend or terminate access when a user violates these Terms, creates risk for the platform or its community, misuses content, fails to make required payments, or engages in unlawful or abusive conduct.
Sections concerning payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, liability, and other provisions that should reasonably survive termination will remain effective.
Delta Gamma Vault may update these Terms as its services, programs, or legal obligations change.
The revised date will be posted at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after updated Terms become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Material changes affecting an already purchased Special Event will not retroactively remove an event-specific right expressly included in the written offer at the time of purchase.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect. The unenforceable provision will be interpreted as closely as legally permitted to its original purpose.
