Please read this policy carefully before subscribing to Delta Gamma Vault.
All subscription payments are non-refundable. Once a billing cycle has started, no refund will be issued for that period — including partial months.
We offer a 3-business-day free trial to all new subscribers specifically so you can evaluate the platform before any charge occurs. You will not be charged during the trial period. If you cancel before your trial ends, you will not be billed.
You may cancel at any time from your account settings. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the current billing period. No further charges will occur.
In exceptional circumstances (e.g., duplicate charges, technical billing errors), we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis. To submit a request, contact us through the platform with a description of the issue.
Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in immediate termination of your account and restriction from future access to the platform.
